Arcadio has a BSc in Microbiology and PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Surrey and postdoctoral experience as a researcher at the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining Stablepharma he has held senior Scientific and Business Development positions at Cambridge Biostability (UK), OncoStem Pharma (Spain) and PharmaMar (Spain). He was sole founder and CEO of AZURE Bio S.L (Spain) for 10 years dedicated to the reformulation of drugs and vaccines and is currently CEO of Helicon Medical S.L (Spain) and on the board of QUBE Technology Park (Spain). He has for long specialised in drug and vaccine stabilisation and delivery technologies and has a strong interest is the broader field of Medical Devices. He is the author of over a dozen international patents in drug and vaccine formulation and delivery.
