Hayley Kleiman

Hayley Kleiman (of Factotum) has joined the Stablepharma Executive Team in the role of Chief People Officer. Hayley began her career in the retail and digital industry working across businesses managing large teams. She is a ‘people professional’ with over 25 years experience.

Hayley’s particular expertise is on ‘everything’ associated with Employee Relations including compensation, conflict resolution, TUPE, talent and succession planning, disciplinary & appeals, and restrutures, whilst always mindful of ensuring people management is clear and straightforward.
