Stephanie Maley

Stephanie Maley (Chief People Officer, Factotum) has joined the Stablepharma Executive Team in the role of Chief People Officer. Stephanie started her career in the finance industry and then moved into HR Consultancy. She is a ‘people professional’ with over 25 years’ experience working with a wide cross-section of businesses.

Stephanie’s skills are focussed on building collaborative relationships with business owners to help them get the best out of their people and therefore their business, with the ultimate goal of making people management easy… or at the very least, easier. She is a great addition to Stablepharma as our teams across the UK and Europe continue to expand.
